    when my bbv is connected to the solenoid i only get 3 psi of boost, then i undo the vacuum line going from the bbv to the solenoid i get 7 to 8 psi. , is the solenoid bad or the bbv?

    The lean bank one is something else. Often vacuum line related
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    Which means you need to check all the rubber "T" fittings and plastic vac lines around the blower/LIM/TB/MAP/FPR, etc.
