    That's so completely wrong.

    The stock tune isn't lean by any stretch of the imagination.

    The canned tunes tend to run around the same or richer.

    Changing the pulley doesn't affect the required MAF calibration. Changing your intake does. And that's about the only thing the PCM cares about when you go WOT.

    Just scan, and adjust pulley accordingly.
