If you're talking about the TCC switch, it's probably something you'd bring to a shop, although I believe it can be accessed through the side cover which requires the subframe to be dropped a few inches.
Onto the o2 sensor, it can be a DIY job depending on how much it will take to get the old one out. Some weld themselves on with heat and rust, so an oxy/acc torch may be needed. You can always get under there and try breaking it loose yourself, if you can't get it, take it somewhere.
Onto the ticking, if you can determine it's in the engine and itn't a rod knock, you can try running some sea foam through the engine oil on the last 100 miles before an oil change to see if that will clear any varnish or deposits that may be restricting oil flow or something.
