Hi, In the last week I have gotten a new tranny(rebuilt), changed spark plugs and wires and changed the downflow O2 sensor. Before I got the tranny replaced the car seemed to run ok without any major noticible hesitation when I stepped on the gas quick. (except that the trans wasnt shifting right) Now that the new trans has been put in, Iam getting that loss of power and a vibration at 1200rpms and higher. It may have been there all along just didnt realize it. It almost seems as if its not getting enough gas or too much air in the system and causing it to do this. Iam going to clean my MAF sensor and see if that helps tonight. I just paid over $2000 to get this all done and I really dont want to pay a mechanic even more. I went to autozone and had them pull the code P0137(O2 sensor, vacuum leaks..etc) So I changed the O2 sensor and filled up on shell primium gas and light went off, but that hesitation is still there. I checked all the vacuum lines and they seem to be fine theres no cracks or dry rott. Wondering what else it could be? or am I missing something else? Iam just wondering if they forgot to plug in a hose or something on my trans that is causing this? If I cant find the problem looks like its going to the mechanic this weekend. I can try and post a video tonight so you can see what I mean
