If the super charger was re-built it should'nt be the coupler, How is the belt tenioner on it ? My guess maybe thats where the rattle is ?

Mine did the same too, it was the S/C Tensioner, it had worn out really bad, and was rattling to all hell.

Listen down by the tire/in the wheel well, and see if it's down there, if so, its the crank.

Its maybe 100 or less if you go used.

You need special pulley puller bolts and a spacer which you can get from ZZP, not sure where else.

It's kind of a pain to remove the pulley. You can get a puller from ZZP for fairly cheap, or rent one from a parts store. As far as a crank pulley price, cheapest would probably be from a parts store.

you still need the correct bolts and a spacer thats long enough to do the job.

the kit I got from advance auto parts actually had the correct parts, and you can use a
3" long 3/8's extension as the spacer, works like a charm
