I just joined here and just bought my first Pontiac. It is a 2006 Grand Prix. I bought it from my old boss that got it on a trade in for a police cruiser. It was previously used to transport juveniles for a police department. Anyways, he notified me that there were a couple of small issues that needed to be repaired. A small leak by the water pump and the Intermediate drive shaft needing to be replaced. It runs very well and haven't really noticed any coolant loss, but I have noticed while driving it that it seems to be running cooler then what I presume it should.According to the gauge typically about 150-175. Last night, it was running right at 149, it wasnt extremely cold out, about 45 degrees was the external temp. I am not sure of what work has been done, but as it was a government vehicle, typically they are taken care of. Any ideas, or should I even worry about it?
