Its been 5 years since I installed the TOGs and I get older and forget stuff.
Looking at the TOG gaskets, I don't think I can simply remove the flange bolts to replace the gasket.
Any tips to replacing the gasket? Not sure if I have to loosen front&rear headers.

If you pulled the crossover, it would be easier than pulling front/rear

there are 2 bolts at the top gasket and 2 bolts down by the tranny dipstick. is it as simple as removing those bolts and removing the cross over?

Yes.. however.. I hate TOGS because of that rear crossover connection point. I've found it typically requires two guys ... unless you bind bolts/studs into one side and make it a one man job.

You mean the nuts are NOT welded on already for you ?

Nuts were not welded on any of the ones I have installed.
I found that ICM studs with extra nuts etc worked well to make it one man vs two guys fighting it.

Probably a newer version. All the ones I've ever been given to install.. didn't.

thanks for the steps for removing the 4 bolts. I will have a helper underneath to hold the ratchet. The hard part will be getting to the bolts.
Its been a while since I assembled, when putting it back together , will it I need to loosen the headers -or- can I just insert the crossover and new gaskets and tighten away?
Steps
1) remove front crossover flange bolts
2) remove rear crossover flange bolts by collector. Having a buddy helps
3) remove crossover
4) replace gaskets. you might have to loosely tighten bolts to keep new gaskets in place
5) put crossover back with gaskets. position for no leaks
6) tighten top, then bottom and repeat sequence until tight
7) check for leaks

you got old school donuts in the flanges, not a gasket. looks like you'll have to at least loosen up the front header too.

Honestly..I have never done it on a car at that point, I'd say. wing it a touch.. I bet you can remove just the 4 bolts, replace the donuts and be done.
Took you long enough to notice that BobThat's a 112 with adapter plate IC.
