Looks like there is a tutorial out.

... Sounds hardI would just like to say that I replaced this on a 2003 Grand Prix and it is not located by the center console and the resistor does not "just drop down". It took me roughly 7 hours dealing with this. I had to take the passenger seat out, peel the carpet away and even then had to push on the rubber shield in order to get enough clearance to take out the back screw on the resistor. The resistor is located way back along the shield and if you don't have a socket set with an angled piece you can forget about getting back there. You can't even see the last screw so it's a complete blind shot. This was a pain and whoever designed the grand prix placement of this part is an absolute moron. You have to practically cut up the shield in order to get at the part. I would have liked to know how a service shop would replace this because I have a feeling they would just cut a huge circle out of the rubber shield in order to easily remove the resistor.
