not sure what jugs means? so does it turn over? no? just click? why did it stall... is there a SES light? how many miles? you say its been shaking bad open acceleration? steering wheel/wheel bearing/unbalanced-lumpy tire? or engine vibrations/chugging? if engine chugging is going on do you have good fuel presure?

Need more info to help bud.

Pull off the TB and clean it. If that doesn't fix the issue, unplug the maf and see if it seems better.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Sorry I ment chuggs , it won't turn over it sounds like it want to turn over almost like if you were out of gas .car had been driving fine other then the really bad shaking upon acceleration , when I let off gas shaking stops, I got brand new tires on it

Turn over/cranks - engine spins when starter is engaged
Starts - engine fires up and runs on it's own

    Throttle body - start there.

Then the maf is the mass airflow sensor. It is connected to the pcm via a connector and wiring.

Does it start when the car is cold? Does it start this issue after the car is warmed up?

Ok we'll I got it to start by messing with the TB, but then the engine light came on and said reduced power.. Should I take the TB Apart and clean it seemed to be stuck 1/3 open .

Yes, as Bill stated, remove the entire TB from the intake, clean the thing until it shines inside (both sides of the butterfly) and reinstall. The drive-by-wire setups like to get carbon buildup on them and do all kinds of weird things. If you plan on cleaning the MAF as well, be sure to get some approved MAF cleaner (don't use brake or carb cleaner on it).

Yes, as fordman said, clean both sides of the butterfly plate and then what I have done is take a clean rag and spray it down with some TB cleaner and cleaned the inside of the plenum. Just reach in there and wipe down as much as you can but don't spray directly into the plenum, just onto the rag. See if the symptoms go away. If not, you can at least eliminate those 2 options. As far as the CEL and reduced power message, make sure you hooked up the connector to the TB correctly and make sure your MAF sensor is completely dry before you install it again. I had the same thing happen to me and after freaking out and turning the car on and off a few times, it went away on its own.
