Depending on what you find, I'd call the trans shop up and have them deal with it since it was not an issue before the replacement. They should have a warranty on it if it was just installed. Might save you the time and hassle of messing with it especially since it's cold as heck right now.
If you do call the shop don't be a d*ck about it, just calmly explain the issue to them and see what they will do. After being in the repair-oriented environment for many years the last thing I want to hear is someone blasting me on the phone about the work I've done and how I screwed it up. That kind of attitude generally doesn't fly far with me and puts you at the bottom of my "I give a sh*t" list real quick. Everyone screws up, it happens and life goes on ya know?
