The aeroforce is reading the correct temp.
If my motor was really at 260 the temp light would be on and I would be getting a code.

I only did a few wot runs I see like 8.5 psi 2-3* of knock.
I don't really notice any power gains if anything I feel like I might of lost a bit of power.
Also about the gen v heat thing, if I leave my hand on the blower longer than 2 seconds id probably get a burn.
Its because switching to a genV does not make you faster, it makes you potentially faster. Also, if youre knocking now and you weren before then theres your answer. Running around doing wot runs is going to make any supercharger hot... really dont worry about it as Ive said before.
Your temp sensor contains two sensors in one. Hence the three wires. One wire is for the dash gauge, the other is to the pcm. Sounds like you got a defective sensor.
Glad the other soleniod worked. Typically a bad soleniod will exhibit what you experienced.
The Gen V is more efficient, still provides the same amount of air and heat soaked is heat soaked. A different blower isn't going to change how much heat soaking you have under your hood.
Most that swap only the blower say there is a noticed difference in power.
I don't know that anyone has dyno'd just a gen 3 to gen 5 swap though.
First of all find out your real temp. People have had issues with part store temp sensors. Stick with stock replacements or you will have issues. If your not truely getting hot chase a bad sensor / gauge cluster. If you are well we need to go a bit deeper.... my guess is a bad gauge cluster because your aeroforce just reads directly from your computers datastream so if your computer says its 185 but your gauge cluster does not the cluster is bad or wiring is bad to it.
