I tried turning the key on/eng off waiting, then using the remote starter and got the same results.
I also hooked up an actron scan tool and watched the ST TRIM and LT TRIM and they stayed within the parameters. Also with the car running, I removed the vacuum hose from the FPR and waited a few minutes and no fuel ever released from it, and also no smell.
How else can I test the FPR?
And how else can I see if the immobilizer for the remote starter is the problem? Or is the above post the only testing method? Am I correct in my understanding of what the immobilizer is?.... It's a bypass that's needed if you have a chip in your ignition key?
