BTW spartan your lies know no bounds do they? I NEVER said I put fluid on them YOU suggested I use brake clean and if I did use fluid why are the still greasy and rusty? You sold me crap a stand up guy would refund the money and go after the packing place that lied to you about shipping, or did they really lie and did you pack them you avoided numerous phone calls and emails someone in the right would not have done that. That's why I had to start this post or did the "Fluid" cause rust and cause the brake dust to cake on and turn powder coat to paint? I did not use fluid on them because of there condition

here was a email he sent me which almost looks like an admission of fault; This is what i was going to reply with a few days ago, saved it in a text document
Yes and on Sunday when you called me i was still at my Reserve unit. and by the time you called me back i was home asleep because i had already been awake and working for 14 hours plus a Physical Fitness test. When we spoke for 20 minutes the other day i told you i lost my civilian job due to my disability. I spent a good $40 on shipping those due to weight. and honestly right now i couldn't issue you a refund if i tried. I am actively trying to find a new job or atleast go back to active duty but the army wants to put me through a Medical Evaluation board and won't put me back on active duty.
So spartan you outed yourself real class lol Again I believe this comes under mail fraud since they were shipped across state lines
I had no idea this thread existed before you sent me the link. also on the pretense of mail fraud wouldn't apply in this case. You held a private transaction for a used car part and the part was damaged by the United States Postal Service. You were not deprived of anything or schemed into buying a counterfeit item. On top of everything the actual value of the item is less then $70. furthermore you are in a completely different Court District then I and if you are thinking "Oh hey federal court" they don't take cases of this level.
You got the item you paid for. USPS damaged it.
You may want to brush up on the law and definitions of fraud this is right from the US Postal Office
18 U.S.C. § 1341 provides:
Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan, exchange, alter, give away, distribute, supply, or furnish or procure for unlawful use any counterfeit or spurious coin, obligation, security, or other article, or anything represented to be or intimated or held out to be such counterfeit or spurious article, for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice or attempting so to do, places in any post office or authorized depository for mail matter, any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by the Postal Service, or deposits or causes to be deposited any matter or thing whatever to be sent or delivered by any private or commercial interstate carrier, or takes or receives therefrom, any such matter or thing, or knowingly causes to be delivered by mail or such carrier according to the direction thereon, or at the place at which it is directed to be delivered by the person to whom it is addressed, any such matter or thing, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation occurs in relation to, or involving any benefit authorized, transported, transmitted, transferred, disbursed, or paid in connection with, a presidentially declared major disaster or emergency (as those terms are defined in section 102 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5122)), or affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.[2]
Very mature. And you already lied about the cost of shipping. How do you explain that?
Hers another image I love, what kind of fluid does that and then why aren't they shiny from the Fluid better question is why did you not ship them before paypal ran out or insure them so if what you say is true insurance would have covered it. Lots a things just don't add upoh and why were they rusted and chipped inside ahh hell these guys on the forum are smart enough to realize what's what, and put it together.
Wish he lived closer I would suggest a lie detector test loser pays, I know they are expensive but hell I wouldn't be paying lol.
I am thinking mail fraud across state lines, which makes it a bureau issue as well
Tell ya what thou spartan I'll be the bigger man give back half of what I paid we call it even, Deal?
