If there's a previous thread, we appreciate you keeping it all in one so that we aren't rediagnosing the same stuff.
I have had a couple cars that ran poorly and acted all messed up.
First off.. triple check the firing order.
Second, ensure the #4 and #6 wires aren't touching the O2 wiring or O2.
Third, crank shaft variation learn or CASE Learn. Oddly enough there have been a few that just wouldn't run right. Crank learn was magical.
