on my 97 gtp the sensor on the left of the map sensor has an elbow for a line but no line. the factory boost gauge on the dic reads zero boost even when i am in boost so i am guessing thats the reason. anyone know which line goes into this sensor and where it connects to?

iirc-- it should run to a tee fitting under the s/c snout and from there it goes to your fuel press regulator.

just reread your thread-- I thought you were talking about map sensor-- sensor beside it could be evap. Here's some help

If you're talking about the vacuum tree, the middle port goes to the HVAC inside of the car. I believe on 97's it should be capped off. The red line in the picture above ends up here (behind the center console, near the firewall, passenger side.)

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

it's a round-ish sensor on the left of the map.

well, whatever the elbow was supposed to go to, i blocked it off and took the car for a spin. boost gauge now works and the car drives much smoother, better throttle repsonse.

sounds like the "vacuum leak fixed mod" ...one of the cheaper ones to do!
