Here is the deal guy...
#1: Check out the link in my signature...read away till yer eyes bleed
#2: You want the hottest spark you can get away with, not the coldest...contrary to popular belief...people thinking cold cold plugs can kill knock when in fact the car just runs crappier, gets junky MPG's...etc.
#3: Cerick is right. For minor bolt-ons with a stock pulley, you want Autolite 605's...gap them at .050". I'd also recommend removing the coil packs, cleaning under them (getting rid of all the dirt and grime on the ICM that the coils sit on...), sand down and clean the coil pack terminals them selves...re-install...add a pea sized amount of electrical grease on the coil terminal...then toss on some new Lifetime warranty plug wires from your local auto parts store.
That should do wonders for the car igntion wise, especially if it hasn't been done yet.
