most everybody here swears by ac delco coppers - they dont last as long but seem to work better.

and when i say they dont last as long , coppers a few years - to double platinum that last a decade or more.

There is a few threads on this in this forum.

You do know these ignition systems don't particulary like platinum plugs, right? That's why we always recommend the copper or irridiums due to the plats getting chewed up by our waste-spark system. If you start getting misfires or a rough idle I'd check the plugs.

Wrong! We preach autolite copper plugs for supercharged applications! Spend $12 on a set of autolite 605 and call it a day check them every 3 oil changes and replace or regap if needed. Changing sparkplugs take all but 10mins to do anyways. Iridium isn't recommended for boosted applications plus cost more then $2 each plug that you will pay for autolites.
