I left mine stock and saved up for other cars.

The mods you have now are respectable, and IMO the investment you have passed this point has some severely diminishing gains.

Before you get further into modding you need to set a goal.

What do you want out of your car? dragstrip warrior, handling, show, street/strip
How much power do you want out of your car?
    What's your budget?

Once you answer those questions it will help us give you a better idea of what direction to take.

I kept my eyes open for deals when I had money. Buying many parts used with little to no miles on them from someone that broke and got out of 3800 is the way to buy. At this point there are so many performance parts coming off cars, it's silly to buy new.

Yeah its paid off lol. And i want it to be more of a street/show with some handling involved. Id like to get it in the range of like 350+ whp and ill be happy with it there. Then once if im at that point and i get severely bored ill either save for a new car or build the gtp even more. I love my car and im going to have it for a long time. Also yeah buying everything used does seem like a better bet since i could save i ton.

Put down the 350whp crack pipe and back away. 350whp is a truckload of mods/turbo and then you sacrifice reliability.

If you want 350whp, your most likely going to have to go turbo. I believe 350whp can be done on a blower but you need alot of mods. Either go turbo or lower your expectations just a bit

I am shy of that number by a very small margin, and my car is very reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to drive my daily anywhere. Then again I don't beat the piss out of my car and only drive maybe 8-10K miles a year. I think reliability has alot to do with how well you maintain a vehicle regardless of the power.

OP-350whp will require extensive mods, but is doable. You just have to be ready to fork over the cash.

I was up around 350whp with perfect maintenance. Reason being is I drove it so hard that everything was constantly being replaced. Yes..you can drive higher HP w/o breaking and it can be reliable. Chances of breaking are good if you drive hard though.
