To eliminate the pulleys and tensioner just remove the belt and start the car. Give it a little gas and see if it goes away. If it does then you have a tensioner or pulley problem. Reinstall your belt and dip some water on the belt. If it stops chirping you have a tensioner problem. I just replaced mine 2 days ago.
And when you have the belt off turn the alt. pulley it's possible the bearing is going out. Listen for the chirp as you turn that pulley.![]()
