Not saying you'll notice the difference.... but I am say you wont notice the difference in throttle response.

The fueling isn't controlled by the throttle plate, but rather the MAF and O2 sensor.

And any fuel economy gains will be negated by the extra 200 lbs you have to lug around.

yes but deoending on how much you open the throttle tells the computer how much fuel oxygen to let in. electronics will alwaays be more acurate then a wire. hence the car becomes more efficient.
