The starter was fine, when I started to remove it (But the electrical cords were still plugged in) I turned the key and the starter made a high pitched revving sound. But when the starer (Both the old and the new one) is actually installed, turning the key just makes one click.

The mechanic is coming back tomorrow to look at it again. Hmm...
