well. i had rotated them myself. and when i got them balanced, they decided the better 2 of the 4 tires and put them up front. all of them were able to be balanced. so i really dont know what to do. i'm thinking it might be rear wheel bearing so im going to go put a stethascope on that one again and see.

could it be causing vibration but not be loose and able to feel in the tire?

im at my end with this it's so FRUSTRATING!! GRRRRR

I would maybe try switching the front and back tires to see if the noise goes up front or if it stays in the back. If it goes up front you know its the tires or rims. If it stays in the back then you know its the bearing or something.

i tried that before.. it didn't really change. i've also tried putting another vehicle's wheels on my car, and granted my test period was very short, i was left inconclusive on whether or not it helped.

Well, consider my problem solved. Took it to a wheel shop who has the Hunter GSP9700 (google it, you'll never go to a regular balance place again) and they showed me my tire as it spun and it was a tire problem. But it was drastically helped by being balanced by this machine. So, I'm very impressed.

The headache is gone, now the car deserves a wash, maybe a wax if I feel like it.

Told you it was the tires knucklehead. lol. If I didnt put 40 nails in my new tires trying to take some pictures, I woulda never figured it out. I went the whole rotating, balancing, alignment route, and nothing worked. I threw on some new wraps and voila.. fixt.

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

lolz, well i still didn't replace the tires. the balance on the gsp9700 machine seemed to fix it.

but what's pissed me off i had the tires balanced at two different places before this wheel shop. so either those balance machines are WRONG, or my tires were just in need of a dynamic road forced balance opposed to the regular style.

EDIT: balance machine seemed to help it. got the tires checked out and sure enough the bands are separating and can be seen through cracks in between the treads. so, shemmy problem is in my tires

Well, just to give a final update for anyone with the same problem, I got to the end of my rope to the point I was going to have the axles re-done from Step 1 in my opening post. Well, I remembered my mechanic saying that "well, you did put in a solid mount." So, going against GPF, I put stock hydraulic lower mounts back in the car, and viola. I have drove it for 2 days and I haven't felt it.

With that being said, it SEEMED that the vibration improved with everything I replaced lol. So was it in the tires? Maybe. Was it in the mounts? Partially, for sure.

So yeah, I'm glad it's fixed. Going back to stocks feel very comfortable. Guess I'll just deal with engine movement. Thanks for any and all help!

Now for my intake setup Mod numero uno.

People always say USE THE SOLID MOUNT. I say the stock hydo mount won't cause vibrations and will last a long time.

that's exactly what i was told 99999 times. even though my neighbor, family friend and mechanic said "Brandon, it's a solid mount, it's gonna give you a few more vibrations than normal because that stock mount is gonna be softer."

well congrats to Mr. Steve, he was right...

and the manager at autozone argued with me over returning solid for stock because he said i already had the better mount since it wouldn't leak when it went bad. i was like okay im aware of that but since ive spent x amount of dollars trying to find the vibration how about you swap me a 40 dollar mount and we'll see...
