Gas Door Rusting

My gas door has a quarter size rust spot, anyone know how to change it?

The gas door has two pop rivets that are used to hold the door one the body of the car. Just drill them out.

Anyone know where to order the spring to hold the gas door closed? Mine doesn't fly open when driving but it still needs one, as it doesn't have...one
