my crossover didnt even come close to fitting in place so after messing with it for over an hour and a half took the headers off and saw the last pic in the above post..this is keeping the header from seating on the rear head correctly which is causing the crossover fitment issues

i honestly didnt see it..its my fault as i figured with the amount i spent and the way 3800performance insisted on the quality of the parts that i just didnt need to check..at least ive learned a lesson..

Wow I would not expect that from TOGs, especially with how much people rant and rave about how good they are.

kinda hard to get a good pic of the rear header when shes in the car but this entire thread is being sent to 3800performance so they will hopefully see that sloppy workmanship will cause angry customers which in turn will cause a drop in sales

no! plain and simple if you charge an enormious rate for a part and guarantee quality and your part had MULTIPLE flaws then your **** should be drug out in public for the world to see. i refuse to believe they somehow missed everyone of these flaws. you could over look one or two maybe but never all three of these very obvious flaws and they shipped the parts out anyways. it would be different had they been built in china as id expect that but this is unacceptable and a joke!

that small flange imperfection can not only be fixed with a little bit of your time and effort, but it shouldnt make much difference since the seal is a donut gasket, not the flange.

Bio lay off the booze? No never.

Yeah I understand what your saying, everyone that buys like the SD's knows that they may have to mod them to get them to work right. But TOG's are supposed to be the highest quality and best headers available for this platform and then they show up like that wth.

no, i probably wouldn't. then again, my used $500 TOGs looked to have better build quality than those ones do.
