whats a good program to use to get my pics sized right off my iphone to fit on this page

no i didnt have the problem before before i did the cai and the throttle body screen is still in and the MAF sensor was all cleaned out. im going to take it somewhere and have some one read the stuff off the computer is not triping any codes but for that mater it hasnt in a while maybe the light dosent work anymore.
