you dont block them off in the blower. if i do it you need to block it off in the lower intake.
however, its not as simple as just blocking off the coolant ports. part of the coolant flow to the rear head goes through the blower and throttle body.

How do you figure? I took a good look a a spare LIM I have and the coolant ports through the blower are just an opening from a coolant passage going through the LIM. Coolant when blocked off from the ports will have no effect on coolant flowing through the LIM. Now the side cover under the throttle body is a different story, but blocking off the coolant passages to the blower will not have any effect on coolant flow.
