not sure what could be causing a misfire other than coolant possibly getting into the cylinders and fouling up the plugs (making the tips white). This is usually from bad head gasktets but i would think bad lim gaskets could do this as well?
maybe clogged injectors?
i'd check the plugs again. what kind you using? and what gap?

does anyone know how to tell the difference between blown head gasket and cracked intake manifold
