Guys that have removed/install a lot of O2 Sensors, what type of tool do you find the best to use? Price doesn't matter, I just want to get the easiest to use.

they make sockets that i always have thought worked well.they have a cut in the side for the wire and they fit on 1/2 drive wratchet
Ive always just disconnected the electrical connector, broke it loose with a wrench then spun them out by hand.
Go to Autozone and ask to rent the O2 sensor set. Has everything you'll want (including offset sockets). Not much money, and you'll get every dime back when you take it back (part of their "renting" policy).
I have an O2 socket like the one posted above in 1/2". I only use it half the time because sometimes they are in tight spaces. They work well for the GP though. But maybe a 3/8" would work better.
Anyway, the other half of the time I just use a 7/8" flare nut wrench. Works really well.
