I just spent a few hours last night messing around with my pioneer gps system. Turns out they run a copy of windows ce and I was able to change some of the code on it so it wont hide some of the features when the car starts moving. It prevents the 'parking brake not hooked up properly' message from coming up for me.

There are quite a few things that you can change on them...just takes a little time to figure out how to do it.
