Hi, I joined this forum because I currently have a 2000 grand prix GT 4 door. Its a nice car but, the darn stereo was shorting out when I got it. So, Monday I purchased a new Alpine CDA-117 head unit and infinity speakers all around. I also Have a 12" Rockford Fosgate HE2 sub and an amp that I will be wiring up along with a Rockford Fosgate Regulator and a Stinger 1700amp battery. Soon I will have a new box made and will also include my two 8" subs to the mix.
The problem:
I hate running wire along the door, the solution I have heard is using this grommet under the carpet on the passanger side. I am using 1/0 gauge wire because thats what I need for the regulator and other battery (go hard or go home kinda thing). What I want is any pictures anyone has of grand prix that has done this wiring and may have laying around or could take so I can feel more confident about this job. I have done many installs for friends and also a few de-installs (thats were the fosgate regulator and battery came from, kid didn't even know it was under there and when I told him I would give him 300 for it all he said yes). So, if you have any pics I sure will appreciate them and I plan on taking many pictures and possibly video of this install and will see if I can share with ya all and anyone else who will go through this process in the future.

P.S. I also got the steering wheel controll adapter, any advise on that is welcome too, hear it can be a pain in the butt to program.
