Well they don't have to drop the tank to put it in so I don't think the labor time would be that long. However we live in an area with the highest auto repair rates. Dealer 3 miles from my house charges $135 an hour. At those rates it doesn't take long for the money to get large on you.

Oh and they will have to mark up the parts too.

Looks like PRJ charges $210 for a Racetronix pump with wiring harness. This is supposed to be one of the best fuel pumps.
