    Not smart.

GM's rotors are getting cheaper by the second.

Keep in mind though any movement will cause warping and there should be NONE. I replaced the bearings in the hub and never warped since. All the GM vehicles from that time had ****ty wheel bearings on them and they go bad. The worst was the Caviliers. My ex had to get all 4 bearings replaced. I've had to replace 2 but one was because the ABS wires snapped inside and i couldn't get to them to solder them.
Just a question, I thought you needed to replace the hub assembly to do the wheel bearings on these cars? Please correct me if i'm wrong...

well yes, when you need to replace the bearings most people will buy a new hub assembly. but i believe there is a way to replace only the bearings in the hub as well
