My four-door driver side motor just quit a couple of days ago...The regulator went and I ordered a new motor with regulator from GM...It was a pain to get one of the 10 mm bolt holding the glass in place to the track...Thank goodness my hands were small enough that I was able to remove the bolt...replaced the assembly and everything works like a charm...Even replaced the white panel clips...What a difference the new clips make.

My windows were always slow, I did the alt mod and improved my electrical system ground and it helped a bunch, nice and steady up and down. And the silicon spray .

I didn't know there was an alternator mod, how easy/cheap is it?

^^I realize a stock L36 is not as fast as the sticker implies, but this sticker has worked and it is still a hell of a lot of fun to drive considering it's a grocery sedan.

its about a foot of zero gauge wire. you connect it from the alternator positive post to the fuse block positive post.
