I have a 2001 Grand prix 3.1L that when I turn up the blower fan inside, it starts to vibrate quite loudly anwhere above low (1). How hard and where do I have access to the blower motor? Is it behind glovebox like most?

    Thanks

It is actually up under the dash. I've never done one, but understand it's not that bad of a job to wing.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Yup take out the three plastic pieces holding the plastic shroud up and remove the shroud. The blower motor is way up in front by the firewall. Disconnect the wire going to the motor and unscrew the three little bolts/screws. The blower motor should just drop right down. Very easy to do. The hardest part is finding a comfortable way to squeeze in there. Oh and it's recommended to disconnect the battery while doing this.

Dirtmaster88, what plastic shroud are you talking about. Is it after you remove glovebox , etc?

Just the piece of plastic by your feet that's covering everything up. Right below the glovebox. Glovebox does not need to be removed, just this plastic piece by your feet.
