    Hello all,

I am new to these forums, but not to forums in general.

I JUST purchased this car about a week ago, and the A/C blows cold, But it blows from all ports, Defrost, Feet, and Face. irriguardless which mode i select on the dual climate control.

I wasnt sure if anyone had encountered this problem, Im assuming it is the Air Distributor being stuck.

Anyone with some more knowledge on the subeject, feel free to chime in!

    Thanks

Air distribution is controlled by vacuum valves. I would look for vacuum problem of some sort. Examples would be a blocked line, broken connector (tee or elbow), or a split line. Since there is air coming from all locations I would start with the vacuum feed to the air distribution manifold.

Actually, about an hour after i made this post, i went to install the new "poly" coupler in the supercharger to fix the play, and come to find that the long thin vaccum hose that runs in the back of the engine bay was torn in half, i didnt think it was for the a/c.

I cut it, and put a 1/8th hose on each end to re-connect it, and WHALAH, ice cold a/c blowing straight in my face only.

I didnt realize how powerful the grand prix blower motor was..
