First off.......I am a newbie and still learning about these cars as I have owned one for less than a month. Please advise on the following situation:

As I understand it, the traction control is supposed to be ON when the vehicle starts. The traction control is OFF when I do start it every time and also the LOW TRAC lights never come on when the traction control is supposed to be on(it doesn't appear to be working at all) Any ideas on where to start looking or troubleshooting. I don't mind so much, but I would rather have Trac Control for when the wife drives it in the winter. Where are the sensors for the LOW TRAC? and what actually controls the wheels so that they do not slip. I have looked on other posts, but haven't found much. Thanks for the help in advance........
