The install is going slowly but surely. I'm taking my time to make sure things are done right. I've been cleaning alot of parts along my way and am also cleaning out the injectors and have replaced the 80k mile old SC oil. I ran into one small thing that the instructions/pics do not address...
The IC included two gaskets. One has some sealant on it already and the other doesnt. Does anyone know which one goes where and in what side it faces? Thanks!

If you don't relocate the Coil Pack on the SSIC then you will have 1/8th clearance from it and the belt.

Your going to want to make a bracke for the pump. because it is secured by 4 rubber "feet." Which in order to get it at the lowers point in your system you need to make a bracket That you can attach to the frame rail and to the feel. Otherwise you won't be able to securely mount it via all feet. (wobbles.)

Can you make a FSIC that will do that? I really don't want a breather.

i was discussing this with someone else, and yes, i could but sadly you would have to purchase the $170 zzp core. The one that i normally use is way to big to even run channels like zzps does. Otherwise, no, have to run a breather.

I guess I'll just go with a breather. Oh well.

im runnin an oil/air seperator from a 2.3 quad 4 grand am. Same thing as pcv, but rerouted. It does require to drill a hole and put a port in the back valve cover though.

why would you do that when you can actually filter the air and keep the setup closed? youre just introducing a huge vacuum leak with putting a breather on it.

Don't feel like drilling anything... And the breather does filter.
