Okay so I went up to the dealership earlier today at about 10 AM, and got the recall done, they got the Valve cover replaced but they also took my engine cover . But nonetheless I drove it around the lot for a little bit and decided I was satisfied, that was until I got home. When I got home I noticed a metal clanking sound coming from the front left wheel, and it only does it when I turn right, It doesn't matter what speed, but only when I turn right, I tried the same thing in reverse and it doesn't do it, so it only does it when I'm going forward and turning right, kinda weird, if you guys can shed some light on this, I would gladly appreciate it!!

Ill have to look in the morning, but the sway bar looked fine earlier when I was checking everything, But how could that be making the noise? it only does it when I turn right and the wheel is no where near the sway to rub on it or something. This just confuses me

Suspension flex when you turn, it doesn't have to be near the tire to make noise.

Then check for loose tire rods, bearings, springs on the struts. Control arm bushings too.

If you replaced the CV axle you were right there. The bars crack where the endlinks go through them and bolt to the arm. You should be able to turn the tires and look behind it to see where this is and see if it is cracked. Mine was only cracked halfway, so it was still attached to the endlink but would pop/clunk when moved.

Okay so I just put on the new Sway bar link, and I also checked the sway bar and theirs no cracks. I'm at a loss as to whats making the noise.

Okay so I think I figured the general location, its not doing it only when I turn right now, it does it just sitting there but very quietly. It might be the exhaust or something, The right CV axle needs replaced aswell. (Yippe another 100 bucks) and I also need an alignment, ugh so much to do to figure out a damn noise lmfao

Check your rack and pinion mounting bolts and make sure they are tight, same goes for the engine compartment braces.

I figure you probably don't want to get under the car much, but another thing to check is the starter. Yes, starter. Take the plastic inspection cover off (2 bolts) and try to move the starter gear in and out with your finger. It should move but spring back. If the return spring gets weak or breaks, the starter gear can kiss the flexplate because it can slide over during cornering due to inertia. Makes helluva embarrassing racket if its completely gone bad. Sound is difficult to pinpoint, is intermittent, and it echoes off curbs. Easy to check and you'll know if thats it right away. Replace starter is the fix.

Heres a vid of that on my 99 GT. Sound familiar? I had it jacked up on one side to make it just barely hit. Didn't seem to harm the flexplate but it could if driven long enough that way. Mine got pretty bad and the gear was just flopping back and forth.

Its a fairly distinct sound and this vid was what helped me pinpoint the source:
