I don't allow food to be eaten in my car ever. I did wash it last night and clean the whole inside fixed my head light bracket I drilled a few holes and stuck zip ties through them then scuffed it good and jb welded the piss out of it found I have a pig tail for an ambient air sensor so thinking about cutting it but leaving enough wire to reattach and splicing into engine temp and see if it reads that sensor and will display it on my hud

modded the coil bracket to clear the belt after the ic goes on.



mounted my res on the rad support. i dont feel there was a safe plce to drill where i wanted it, so i welded 2 bolts to the rad support to mount it.



in and out ports epoxied in, used JB weld marine. tank need to be painted black. cant till the epoxy cures fully.




and good lord, theres 2 yellow lims in the world now lol




pulley puller came today lim gaskets came the other day, so tomorrow the ic core goes in and pulley drop time.

you could have drilled and tapped that area for the bolts, there isnt anything back there.

ac rad is there, i could feel it from the large hole in the top. just didnt want to drill. welding took like less time vs drilling and trying to get a nut on the back.

welder was 3 foot from my car when i looked at it and the light bulb went off. dug up some nuts and bolts, and done.

It's not impossible to fish a nut back there, but it does suck. Even worse if you have big 'ole sausage fingers.

i do have a case of sausage finger's big time. my left pinky is a ring size 15, im right handed, you know the right hands fingers are fatter by a bit lol

Drove my gtp for the first time as a 5 speed. These bastard should have been optioned with a getrag from the getgo, it just feels right.

I'll do a video once the 500 mile clutch break in is done, shouldn't take too long tho. Already put 52 miles on it today and I've got a lot of Xmas shopping to do.

Counsel wires up. Just have to run a wire to the dash cam wires.

So I'm not the first lol. You should get the switches I have, they look clean on black panels. And wow how many different counsels were there for 04+. The HUD switches are in a different spot on yours from an 04 comp g I worked on today.
