Took a good while for it warm up this morning, was cruising gently and took maybe 5+ minutes to reach 140, and then it hovered around 160, even though I've got a 180* thermostat. I'm thinking it might be a leaky thermostat o-ring, partially stuck thermostat, etc.

Any other ideas before I tear into it?
