wow its awesome, i defenetly have more power better throttle response, but most of all the car just sounds mean now, step on the gas and it has a nice deep growl.

the kit was very easy too install and required basic tools, my only complaint about the kit was that the pictures in the instructions where not very clear, but once i knew what was going on it was a sinch too put together, it supposedly added some 16HP too the wheels according too the graph it gave me testing a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix base, it looks nice too.

ill post some pics soon enough...

You're going to get some crap about this. You may have just started another argument over open cone or overpriced aftermarket intakes.

    ^ lol.

I don't think I'd ever add a cone. I'm definitely going to add a spacer soon though.

Or maybe mod the box to pull in more air from the fender.

beacuse eveyone is over opinionated and immature? if people want too argue let them, my intentions are not too start arguments nor contraversy, i never knew this was going too cause issues, if it does i am sorry i didn't know any better, perhaps i should have expected arguments as people seem to be so over opinionated on the internet.

Stalker69.. you need to realize that almost 90% of the people on this forum are here to give you some **** and grief about things you do and strongly support and vocalize our opinions. we are entitled to that so we take it to the full extent. people will are gonna give you **** just because you put an over priced expensive cold intake on a n/a.. but its your car and you do what you want... but just know people will give you a little bit of **** no matter what you do usually. you can't make everyone happy because we all have different opinions.

I got crap for getting a l26 to bottom swap my gtp, but a lot of people do it and it was more than half the price and half the mileage of the closest l67.

woudln't swapping for a L-26 bottom end give you higher compression? in addition the L-26 bottom end has reanforced connecting rods and piston skirts... dont see why that would be such a bad thing.

Yes it does give higher compression. No it is not, the l26 rods are weaker than the rods on the l36, they tend to give out above 500 whp and under high boost.
