I changed my front o2 sensor today and now ive got a couple weird issues. I disconnected the battery, took old o2 out and put new in and hooked everything back up. When i hooked the battery back up, my blower motor which hasnt worked in 2 months kicked on. Almost sounds like its on defrost in low and i cant get it to turn off. Thats issue number 1. My second issue is the car fired right up and ran good no problems. When the car got warm enough to idle down it sounds like it start sucking in a lot of air and i lose all vacuum and my scan gauge even show 2 psi of boost and the car starts idling really low and barely running. Even the lights in the dimming and almost shutting off. Did I not tighten down the o2 enough and now have a bad exhaust leak? and any suggestions on the blower motor?

Check and see if it's tight but you probably hit the map sensor and broke a vacuum line.

well i pulled the fuse for the blower motor and that fixed that but still cant figure out the o2 sensor. I checked to make sure it was tight and i cant get it any tighter and i checked all of the vac lines and they seem good. When i start the car everything runs really good and ltft's sit at -5. it almost seems like when the car enters closed loop the ltft's drop way down to -23 and thats when the car starts idling really rough and the lights inside the car start flickering.

Alright finally decided i would just take the car for a drive and see what kinda of numbers i was getting under load. Right after i pulled out of my garage and was leaving the alley the ltft dropped to -23 and the car fell on its face but i gave it a little gas and it snapped out of it and they went up to -11. Under normal driving (since the car still needed to reach 160*) the ltft stayed at -11. When i did a wot run they locked in at 0 and stayed there after i let off the gas until i slowed down to 30 coming back in town and they dropped to -19 again, so i pulled back into my garage and put it in park and the ltft went up to -7 and stayed there for the next 5 mins while i just let the car idle so see if it would start bogging again and nothing. i think i might be hearing a slight misfire but im not getting any codes. You guys think i have an exhaust leak still and maybe some bad plugs. I will be at the parts store tomorrow to pick up some things for the fiances car maybe i should pick up some new plugs and some seafoam while im there.

Just a question... What made you change your O2 sensor in the first place? You neglect to mention that.
Also, I really don't think an exhaust leak would cause the issue you describe, don't quote me though... But I agree maybe a broken vac line somewhere as that seems similar to what you are saying.

I forgot to mention earlier that i did try running it with the maf unhooked and it only got worse so i plugged it back in and the reason i changed the o2 was because i kept throwing a po135, po141, and p1133. Has not thrown any codes at all since i changed the o2. and about the vac lines, ive checked them all and they all seem good and they are all brand new. i thought if you saw positive ltft it was usually vac leak and negative ltft means exhaust leak. i dont see any positive numbers since new o2, all negative.

Also with the new o2 i didnt see any kr in my wot runs until about 90 and it was only 1.5* which is a lot better than what i was getting before with old o2. with old o2 as soon as i reached about 3 psi of boost i would start seeing a degree or 2 of knock so i would let off. today i was able to see 7 psi on stock pulley but with old o2 at wot my ltft were at -11 and now they lock at 0

Just went out and started the car just to see if it would do it again and as soon as the car entered closed loop the ltft dropped to -23 and started idling really rough again. In open loop car runs good

Alright im not sure what to do now. This morning my way to work(bout 25 min drive) the car ran in open loop the entire time. Car ran good just shouldnt be in open loop. On my way home was a totally different story. The car ran in closed loop the whole time and it struggled and the only code that was thrown was a po132, high voltage bank 1 sensor 1. When you look up the code it tells you that you probly wouldnt even notice any difference in driving, but i decided to throw the old sensor back in just to see if its the new sensor thats bad or something else is screwed up. So i put old sensor in and now the car wont enter closed loop and i let it sit and idle almost 10 mins. Anybody have any suggestions at all, i could really use the help. thanks in advance

Well got it figured out, Im pretty sure its just a faulty o2 sensor because with old o2 sensor car runs fine. It takes it a lot longer to enter closed loop than the new one but the car does enter closed loop and runs good. Still just throws the po135 and po141 codes.

Alright got my new o2 sensor from zzp again. I put it in yesterday and car ran fine, went into closed loop and ran fine there too, so i took it for a drive and everything ran fine but the car seemed very sluggish. i scanned the car and 2 codes popped up. A po102(maf sensor low voltage) and a po443 (evap code), so i hopped on trusty GPF and found a thread where someone was getting the same 2 codes that just kept coming back right after you cleared it. Mines doing the same thing so i read on and long story short it ended up being fuse #21 in the under hood fuse box. So i ran out and looked and the fuse was blown. I was pumped thinking this would be such an easy and cheap fix. So i ran to oreillys and picked up some 15A fuses and headed back home. Put a new fuse in, started car and the fuse blew right away. So i tried another to see if it would do it again and it did. So i unplugged the maf sensor thinking maybe it was a bad maf and that was making it blow but right away again it blew. So then i got to thinking i didnt have this prob until i put the new o2 in so i unplugged the o2 and tried and the fuse DIDNT blow. Is it possible that i got a second bad sensor from zzp or is there somewhere else i should be looking?!?!?!?

Check your wiring going to the o2 it could be shorted out.
