Had to fix the fuel pump, blower resistor, and other small things. Now i found out i have to fix the intake manifold, gas/ brake lines, rocker panels, and oil pan. Not cheap. Are these common problems or did i just get lucky.? Plus are any of them something i can do by myself rather a dealer? If so, what kind of brands are reliable? Any help of any of the questions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What year and model (GT or GTP) is your car. Aside from that, yes, you can do all of that yourself. There is plenty of writeups here to replace the LIM gaskets and the other parts that go with it. Oil pan is a PITA (have to jack the motor up a bit). Brake and fuel lines can be done. Rocker panels (depending on your welding and body work skills) can be done as well, minus any paint.

If you haven't found it, the main search bar is hidden in the black part at the top of the forum up and left from the red GP. You can also search in each forum to narrow it down. Worst case, just ask us and we can fill in the blanks.
