Rotate tires and see if it gets better.
I'd take the brakes back apart and throw new rotors on there and see if it gets better. Check everything over really good when you have it all apart.
Anything but drilled and slotted rotors. I've never changed any on my car so I really don't know a good brand to go with.
Only thing i can think of is that front pads are the not the right size and when you step on the brakes they smack the caliper bracket and release and then keep moving back and forth and hitting it.
But honestly I don't know, I'd have to be there in person to help further.
Well I just replaced the hub on the drivers Side yesterday and it stopped on the drivers side so I think that's what it is but now it's making the noise on the passenger side but I replaced that one only like 2 months ago.
