    ZZP headers look pretty good.
If you want to spend the money, and only have to bend the trans dipstick tube.
If the OP wishes I remove the picture clutter, I will.

I'm not sure what coating the PO of my old pacesetters used.

However they never flaked and were cool to the touch in 15 minutes after running.

SD's I have now are hot for hours.

Now I'm nervous... Ceramic Coated Pacesetters are in transit to me as I write this... lol, Fit issues with the crossover?
I went with the Pacesetters cause the larger diameter pipes... I hope I don't have a problem, lol, got two tubes copper RTV and SS band clamps ready!

OMG, hahaha... I ordered the band clamps to hopefully avoid any issue like that.

Ok time for the stupid question... is there a problem welding the Ceramic Coated Headers? Anything I should know? I have someone close by with a welder, if needed.

On the pacesetters it's not a slip fit it has flanges that bolt together doesn't it? If so you don't need those band clamps. I did my speed daddy's in about 8 hours with every fricken bolt rusted on and having to cut most of it apart.

I'm totally in the dark, what I've READ is the crossover has some fit issues because the pipe is not sized tightly and there's a gap so leaks...

I'm not sure on the pacesetters because i haven't ever messed with them but I'm thinking a lot of people have to grind on their trans some.

pacesetters are both some of it is slip fit some of it is bolt together. i had to bash in the fire wall of my 01 GT pretty good to get the damn o2 to clear and even then it would wack the floor when i went WOT untill i got the polly engine mounts

i highly recomend welding the crossover, y-section, and rear header together to form one piece. also the paper gaskets suck
But why make it an SE?

Never had that problem with pacesetters and an NTK/NGK O2 sensor.

With pacesetters you might have to notch off a piece of casting off the trans under the crossover. Some need to, some don't. Not sure why. I hade to, did a set a few weeks later on another 04 and didn't have to. Ill shot a pic tomorrow for ya

Thanks, pics would be appreciated . Was the tranny tube an issue? What was done to accommodate it?
