    Im leaning toward Speed Daddys because they are cheap. I wanna see if anyone has any horror stories or praises for them and wanna hear if you guys have more expensive ones that you like

    Ebay one can be good for the money, however for the extra $200~ I'd get used SLP's. Much better fit and finish IMO and have a ceramic coating.
    - Ed - 2000 Grand Poverty Daytona edition. Rough idle. Funny whistle. Steering issues at WOT. 3.8 SC pulley.

    They are nearly the same thing.

    Just make sure to use RTV and different clamps.

    Step 1. Buy Speed Daddy Headers.
    Step 2. Ceramic Coat those Headers.
    Step 3. Racecar.





    XPZ, Alum heads,150#, I/C, GEN V mps 3.0, N* TB CAI K&N fully built trans, JE pistons, L32 rods, Comp lifters, PRJ Fuel rails, 65# Injectors, elec pump, MSD wires, MSD coils, Alum control arms, AGX, vogtland, GMPP sway bars, rear trailing arms

    they are the exact same headers i had all 3 SLP knockoffs. only ones that where diffrent where the XSpower ones, they had a badge welded on other then that they where same as well with flange thickness and build


    here is my old SLP GTX with speed daddy headers

    But why make it an SE?

    i painted mine black. sanded them down, did a couple coats. theyve been black for 2 years now. no problems. you can buy ceramic coating in a can at lowes if its that important to you.
    04 comp G, front/rear towerbraces, pacesetters, ported sc, LIM, 3.3 pulley, 1.9 mod rockers, Ls1 springs and retainers, custom dyno tune, 180 tstat, shortned dog bones, full poly mounts, zzp shift kit, custom fwi, 28inch cherry bomb, flowmaster 40's. 290whp 380wtq before the button. coldfusion n2o, 60 shot.     orderd through SSAC recieved XS headers (slp knockoffs) pretty easy install, get band clamps, and copper rtv and go to town.

    wernt shiny after 2 heat cycles...

    The only time they were ****ty is when they were pacesetter knockoffs instead of slp. That was short lived lol when you buy them, don't pay the buy it now price. Bid up to 169.99 and get them for 200 shipped

    pacesetter OBX knockoffs dulled as well. it has to so with the stainless steel

    even the ceramic coat dulls. that is what my pacessetters did on the 01 they looked good for about 30 minutes
    But why make it an SE?
