My GTP has an issue with IACs. Twice my IAC has died and I had a SES for a TPS. If this cheap BWD sensor goes out again I will buy an AC delco.
Oh trust me
Hard liquor > beer any day of the week..
But sometimes you gotta settle for the lesser lol
Started polishing my black wheels again. Using the same process in my write up (http://www.grandprixforums.net/threa...g-Black-Wheels) but with different products this time. Trying out some new things.
The impala shifts great now, but the input clutch problem showed itself again, I'm assuming the new clean fluid is flowing faster creating more of a leak at the seal. Its going to get the Lucas treatment. I'm going to start at adding half the bottle.
And right after I serviced the trans, the abs/traction control light started coming on intermittently when driving. Guess I caused the wheel bearing to fail from changing the trans fluid.
Looks like next weekend I'll be repinning a transmission harness for a guy, in exchange for everything needed for GXP brakes and GXP struts. Anyone know if the GXP brakes clear 17 inch Mustang rims?
They will but it will be close. I don't know about the fronts though. Rears will be fine

i need sleep.
Put $56 into the tank and created a temporary fix for the bushings in the top of the driver side door hinge until I can order new bushings. Next step is to pick up a new trunk hold-down relay/motor and a new dimmer switch for the dash lights.

auto part stores stock the dorman kit..... no need to order
My car had WBRS (warped brake rotor syndrome) on the front rotors. I installed new rotors and ceramic pads today from Raybesto and they work great so far.
Bet you $10,000 you didnt warp them.
Bought a new toy today.
