Yeah I had to get 2 new strut mounts to stop the clattering when I drive it lol

Tried tightening the coolant temperature sensor to see if that worked - it did tighten another full turn or so, and it allowed the sensor to work properly for about thirty seconds - then went haywire again. Time to yank it and get another, unfortunately.

I'm 99% sure it's not the wiring. The old sensor worked fine until the day it got broken during a LIM job.

They sell the sensor with the wiring too. Don't be apart of those "I keep getting defective parts, on to the 5th one" stories you hear.

I replaced the SuperCharger oil today. This stuff smells really bad.

Yup, that stuff smells worse than rear end gear oil.

That was the first time I have done it in 5+ years. I think I did it back in '07 sometime when my first GTP hit 50k.

I'm reading this as .. It worked fine w/o being moved for years. All of a sudden after I moved it around a lot, it's having troubles. Hmmmmmm you may want to reconsider that 99%. I'd give it 50/50 personally. Heck..it's only your "5th" bad sensor, like 02Navy said.... don't be that guy.

My little white Regal turned 228,000 on the 30 mile ride home yesterday. This morning there's close to 228,080 on it. I didn't sit still did I?

UPS called me & asked if I'm sending the PCM for repair and getting back or if its going one way. Neato.

Im waiting on a snout to arrive. It needs to hurry up!!!
