He's referring to the bar plate style trans coolers they have a way of working with fluid dynamics that makes the fluid bypass the cooling fins when viscosity is high (cold fluid) once warmed it runs through the whole cooler. This is common in most OEM designs for auxiliary (radiator bypassed) systems.
Absolutely that what I'll be upgrading to from the tube fin. It has more cooling surface and more efficient in a single pass
I took my Stealth for two rides today. Damn I miss driving that car.
I found out why it was so loud too. I had thought the exhaust gaskets blew out, but no, I heard clink, clink, everytime I hit a bump. I stopped at my uncle's and looked under the car and saw that the exhaust had broke at the flex in the downpipe and I was basically running open downpipe and dragging the cat back, and then some.
Clay barred it

Have fun on your trip danielle.
Drove it down to the local DMV. Long line, but, totally worth it to have me a valid DL. Tomorrow I will be taking care of Tags, then all will be right again.
De-badged, dealer badge off, washed it with dawn, cleaned the adhesive from pinstripes/badges/dealer badge with some kind of cleaner I got from the autobody store, rubbed it down with some Meguire's fine cut cleaner then a nice coat of Meguire's wax. It shines now, but forgot to take pics. I also did a quick polish job on the pig snouts.
