woo hooo luck you lol. i had to convert from r-12 to r-134a a few times and im getting good at it lol. also I am trying to find the coldest freon to make the 134a system fee like r-12, I did have it like that one time.
Most likely does, but the AC has worked since I got the car in Nov 2011, it might be out, I can't hear it short cycling over the SC. Not worried til the temps get into 95*+.
I have the back up 280 AC at my disposal.
see if the clutch is spining when you turn on your air. I hate not having air i ran around for 2 years with no air in a freaking convertible yeah not ever doing that again.
traded the Aveo for something bigger - and ya its been snowing all day on and off, also got my remote started ALL hooked up and tucked away, ready to put everything back in and drive it again. More pics in my thread![]()

I hit 155,555 miles
After my trip to Berea, Ohio tomorrow morning and back I will be almost at 156,000

Trim will go back on.. Like the others said. way to many holes..
My wife agrees though. The emblems won't go back on and the rest are coming off.
Seriously kicking myself though.. I was so wrapped up in the door I forgot to check the coolant when I bought it..
Checked today and it's got the Dex cool crud and not building pressure in the rad when warm.. I hope it's just bad intake gaskets and not a head gasket or cracked heads. Runs like a top.. smooth and no smoke so I doubt it's a head or head gasket.

Missing my car
Its been almost a month but I should have the build shortblock back Friday. I have to go pick my trans up from the dealership **** yea awesome uncle that did the TEP stage 2 kit and a few other things for me.
